Additional labels in Form stack

Wondering if one or two additional labels/fields can be added to the form stack. I’m guessing this isn’t possible… but… figured I’d throw the question out before investigating additional form stacks because I’m so close to this being perfect as is :smile: Thanks!

@Shanti – Adding fields to the Form stack isn’t something you can do with that particular stack. Form stuff is on my radar though. One form solution that people like a lot is FormLoom.
