Can Alloy give a client an option to enable/disable pop up modal

Hi
I have request from a client who wants the ability to enable/disable a pop up modal (for her sales or promotions) She doesn’t want to use Rw, can Alloy give her that option?

Toggling a feature on / off on a site is not something Alloy deals with. It is focused currently on content – Blog Posts, Embeds, Droplets, etc. Toggling a feature on / off isn’t a part of what it is designed to do.
