Form Issue in Foundry 3

I can’t get the From to work in F3.

I’ve sent an image of my SMTP server setting to my website host, and they have confirmed that my settings are correct and should be working.

I’ve set everything up as directed in the documentation, so I’m at a loss as to what is happening.

First thing to do is check your spam / junk mail folder.

If the emails are not arriving in your inbox or spam folder, and your host is assuring you that you’ve configured everything correctly then I’m at a loss as well. Perhaps their server is filtering the email before it hits your email client.

I’ve tested the form tool itself quite a lot here and it definitely works. I can test the form in your project file, but that isn’t likely to help you as it would be on my server, using host and not yours.

I’ve removed the SMTP, and it works without it.

I may ask my host to look at it again to double-check; their reply yesterday evening is that all my settings are correct.
