Im having problems where form pro is sending but not sending all subject lines.
I have added extra subject lines with options.

Also it might be best to additionally provide us with a copy of your project file, too.
Create a ZIP file containing your project file. This is the file you open in RapidWeaver to edit your site. After creating the ZIP file, upload it using a service like Dropbox, WeTransfer, Droplr, or a similar service to create download link for us. Paste that download link in your reply.

The extra subject lines with options are the 2 drop down boxes.
Also the others as highlighted in attachment.
When someone fills out the page, the email is not showing all sections
Those aren’t subject lines though. The form can only have one subject line.
As I said though, it’d be best to have your project file. Also, when you send that include which sections aren’t being sent.
