Testing my website and noticed that the email sent goes into the junk mail folder - any reason for this?
This would have to do with either your email application and / or your host designating it as spam. That is not something the form has any control over unfortunately.
Best thing to do is to tell your email app that the email is not spam by going to your spam folder and marking it as such. You can also check with your host to see if they have a way for your to whitelist senders.
Another option would be to try using the “Send Using Your Email Address” option in the stack then have the form send the emails to an email address that has a matching domain name as the site you’re sending from. This could help as well.
