I wanted to overlap the bade image over the heading, but it looks like that, unlike the vertical adjust, the horizontal adjust seems to ignore negative values.
Intention or bug?
The horizontal adjustment is not an absolutely placed item. It is using padding for the adjustment. You cannot provide negative padding values.
