Hover image content won't align vertically

I’m working on a page that uses a layout from the Sparkle project by @egomade

You can see it here: Sparkle - Company in the section where you hover over the headshot and get a name and title of each team member.

The ‘centre contents vertically’ options is texted but the content is still aligned to the top. Any clue why this is or am i misunderstanding the ‘vertical align’ option?

I don’t see it on the demo page either, but not sure if that option is ticked or not in that project file…

Looks to be a bug in the Hover Image stack.

Looked at it closer this morning. Should be an easy fix. I’ll try to push this out on Monday.
