My question: If I create some footer headers, etc., can I also save them?
What do you mean by “save them?” Can you give us a bit more Information to go on?
When i make a Header or Footer. I will save in the Library unter Templates.
Just make a partial of each to use anytime. You can see how in this video:

Templates can be made in Stacks using the Template button:
That said, this creates something that is uneditable until you unpack the template. Maybe this is what you’re after. It is usually mostly useful for developers as it gives us a way to distribute templated content in Stacks. You likely are looking for a Partial or External like @Fuellemann suggests.
