How to embed video into my background

I want to have a video playing in the background behind my header and paragraph text. How do I insert it in Foundry 3

You’ll want to have a look at the Cinema tool that comes with Foundry. The video needs to be self hosted though, you can’t use a YouTube or Vimeo embed. You’ll need to use your own converted and compressed video.
