How to make Auto Model or Notification?

Hello guys, I need to make a notification that will appear when someone enters the site for the first time. It’s like the Modal and Notification stack that will appear in the middle of the page when someone enters the site, but I should be able to add Images and Text inside. The user will turn it off and continue to use the site. How do I do this?

I look the modal and notification stacks but they are not suitable for this action.

Limelight from Big White Duck does what you need. Just bear in mind that unless you plan to show the modal to the same user everytime they land on the page in question, you will need to install a cookie.
