How to setup 404 redirect for Alloy

Hello,

how can I create a 404 error page redirect for Alloy?

The 404 setup for my normal pages in RapidWeaver outside Alloy Blog works fine.

https://www.kaufsonntag.de/this-page-does-not-exist

However, under Alloy the 404 setup does not work

https://www.kaufsonntag.de/aktuelle-news/this-page-does-not-exist
https://www.kaufsonntag.de/aktuelle-news/this-page-does-not-exist/

Is there any solution here?

Because, sometimes really strange URLs are created by Alloy which then also end up in the Google index and I don’t know why.

This is the reason why I like to run such URLs into a 404…

You’re likely using Pretty URLs correct? In using Pretty URLs you’re telling the server that anything could be a URL on the blog page. Turn off the optional Pretty URLs and your 404 page should be viable for the blog again.

yes, that’s correct. i am using Pretty URLs. i will turn off the Pretty URLs and check this.
