Make topper images smaller on mobile

Is there anyway to make allow not a single column on mobile? I love the layout on delstop/tablet but mobile its just huge images in a single row. Anyway to make the topper images smaller for summaries and have two rows? I still want the images just smaller.
I have two separate tacks (separate for mobile) so is there anything I can add to css? I’m so lost.

No, sorry that is not a possibility. Single column displaye is done to ensure readability for visitors.
