Confused here about Mason… I did install and it shows in the side panel but when ever I want to use it, It tells me to reinstall (CTA). ???

It is telling you most likely that you don’t own one or more stacks that are being used in the CTA template you’re attempting to use. Do you own Thunder and Potion packs? If not that is likely your problem. They are requirements for some of the templates, as listed on the free download page for Mason:
