Is it possible to have the mobile menu background be transparent so only the three line are visible?

By default the background behind the three bars icon, in the mobile navigation, is transparent. The button picks allows the navigation bar’s color to come through.
Here it is with the default navigation bar background color.
The only thing I’ve changed here is the navigation bar’s background color, setting it to yellow:
If that is not what you’re referring to, please provide more details.
