Overlay instead of drop down?

I’m trying to set up navigation where the toggle opens the Nav. Overlay menu, instead of a drop down.

Any suggestions for how to do this?

That is not a possibility.

I got it to work, cheating a bit, and covering the Nav Bar toggle with the Overlay Toggle.

I used both the Nav Bar and the Nav Overlay, but I put the Nav Overlay in an Overlap stack to change the z index. Everything is in a Banner, with the Nav Bar set to ‘pair with parent banner.’ That allows the Nav Bar nav items to work (don’t know why). Responds as before to screen sizes, with the overlay toggle hiding the Nav Bar toggle.
