It hit me when I saw @Erwin-Leerentveld’s post this morning. I remembered that macOS treats the Always On scroll bars differently, giving them a background.

I’ve it set to “Always”; when I turn that off, the white line vanishes…
Its moments of clarity like these that solve support tickets @elixirgraphics! Well done!
