Rapidweaver Navigation Bar alignment issue with Foundry

Hi, I just purchased Foundry and installed it. Currently I have been building a site with the Tesla theme. When I add Foundry Control Control Center Stack the Tesla navigation bar goes to the left making it off centre. Has anyone else had this issue or knows how to fix it? Any help would be great!

Thanks

I don’t think you’re supposed to use another theme with Foundry. You need to add the Foundry stack and then select the Foundry theme. Then you can add the Foundry stacks, like navigation to your site.

There are some great videos and docs here.

Hey there @Judge!

@Neil there hit the nail squarely on the head. Foundry is meant to be used only with its own blank theme. The goal with Foundry is that it allows you to build any sort of layout you like without the constraints of a theme like Tesla. Head over to the Tutorials page for Foundry and give both the “Quick Start” and the “Build a One-Page Portfolio” videos a watch. This will give you a better idea of what I’m talking about.

Hi Adam,

I suppose there aren’t any issues to use Foundry with its own themes, apart of the blank one, like MEAD for example? [quote=“elixirgraphics, post:3, topic:538, full:true”]

@tino: Those aren’t actually themes. They are just pre-built project files that have been built using Foundry. Those project files (Mead, Wedding, Steel, etc.) all use the blank Foundry theme. They are not themes themselves.

Ok, makes sense.

Thanks

@elixirgraphics ok Adam, yes indeed that’s what I thought but wasn’t sure about it. Thanks to clear out
PS. MEAD looks great to have a start point!!
