Hey there. Is there are quick and easy way to disable the “Read More” button option on Blog Entries page? For the project I’m working on, having the button is a bit redundant with the ability to click the topper image / title.

Yes, this is a setting in the Blog Entries stack in the Summaries section of the settings. It is a checkbox titled “Summary Read More Buttons” as seen here:
