Shutter not publishing

Hi. I am attempting to use the shutter stack on one of my RW9 pages. It loads in the preview window but doesnt show u on the test site which is live. I have toggled through all .php versions and am currently running on ver. 8.2. I installed and tried every version between 7.3 and 8.2. Any thoughts on why this may be an issue?

this the preview mode: https://imgur.com/a/onhRicV

this is the live site: https://imgur.com/a/nUZ48Lf

As you will see the four images are not publishing to the server. I have republished all files, cleared the cache on the server for that domain (all domains) so I am wondering what is going on.

Any help would be appreciated.

The book page has a file name of index.php and it will not let me change it to .html. Any suggestions?

You need to go into your server, via FTP and delete the index.html file. The page is using PHP so it must have a PHP extension. That is why RW will not let you change it. The PHP is used by Shutter. The reason you have both an index.html and index.php is likely because you published the page prior to having added Shutter. When you added Shutter the page became PHP because it is required for Shutter.

so do i also have to rename all the opages that are .html to .php?

No. Just delete the index.html file in the Shutter page’s folder. That is all.

You’ll see your gallery is already live here: My New Book

The HTML file just loads first when both are present.

That worked. Thank you Adam. As always you saved the day. I have a client that wants to post some blogs so it looks like I may be buying Alloy within the week. Loving F3. I struggled with Foundation6 in the beginning but Foundry has been so smooth. Great work with it, looking forward to moving my entire company over to RW and Foundry.

Glad to help, and glad to get that sorted out for you. Always nice when it is an easy one, right?!

Have a nice rest of the week!
