On upgrading my site to v2 the glide nav items showed up like glide nav section items. Reinstalling v1 restored the nav item contents.
After upgrading did you restart RapidWeaver?
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I re-ran through my previous workflow.
shutdown RapidWeaver
installed Foundry v2 stack and theme from downloaded dmg
restarted RapidWeaver
updated to Foundry 2.2 in RapidWeaver
and this is where I missed restarting RapidWeaver before publishing - my bad
now restarting RapidWeaver after the update, I see the stack working properly - all good now
