Verticle Nav stack

Im using Verticle Nav stac in Foundry.

But I’d like smaller than 14 font and less padding.
Can I adjust below ?

I have discovered that putting the nav stack into Lister Stack (stacks 4stacks) enables me to make adjustments

I chose 14px as the low end for font size as when you get much smaller than that it can become hard to read.
