Can't find Bloom after installation

Please pardon the newbie question—I’m new to RapidWeaver but a longtime IT support guy and Mac user:

I just installed Bloom in RapidWeaver 9.11 on a M1 Mac mini running Ventura 13.4.1. I’ve restarted RapidWeaver, but I can’t see anywhere to add a Bloom stack to my site. I’m seeing in the FAQs that the Stacks add-in is required, but I don’t see anywhere on the Elixir site to download that. Can anyone just point me in the right direction?

FWIW, I’m subscribed to RapidWeaver via SetApp, so the app lives in a different folder than usual.
