I’m getting a warning from a SEMRush site audit saying that my blog pages have duplicate meta descriptions and that I could be penalized by Google for it. I went and looked for myself and confirmed that the blog pages do have the same meta description. This is my first blog using Alloy so I’m not sure if I’ve done something wrong or not. I went through all the settings in both the Editor and the Blog and couldn’t find any settings about meta descriptions. Is there a way to fix this?
Did you uncheck the social media box in the RW settings for this site?
No i did not. The Blog page or the editor page, or both?
The Blog page would look like this.
For the Editor make sure you selected like this:
You don`t want Google to index the Editor page.

Yes, you can republish all (just to be safe) and then check again with your SEO tools.
