F3 not showing up in RW

I bought Foundry 2 and it’s been working good. I bought it a couple weeks before F3 was released and downloaded the F3 on Feb 10th however every time I clicked it says image not recognized. I just got my order emailed to me again today and downloaded it again but F3 won’t show up in RW Classic. I forced quite RW and restarted my computer to. Any ideas why this won’t show up in RW? Do I now need to buy the upgrade?

Did you follow the install steps on the Getting Started page? Any chance you have multiple versions of RW installed on your Mac?
