I had a look at the video and documentation and just want to check I am not missing anything. Is there a way to cc the sender when they submit a form? I see the option to cc another email but I’d like to use it as a confirmation to the person filling out the form?
The form does not send an email to the visitor. It is not an option.
Maybe customising the Success message to give more assurance to the sender and/or set up an auto reply which incorporates the message sent.
