Hi - my Form Pro contact forms seem to have stopped working. I was recent required by my host to upgrade the site from php 7.4 to php 8.0 as 7.4 is no longer supported. Could this be the reason?
Form Pro should work just fine on PHP 8. Check to ensure you’re using your hosts SMTP server in your Form Pro settings. Likewise be sure that the email address in the Your Email field is an address that shares a domain name with your site.
Thanks Adam - now sorted. I needed to select port 587 and TLS, not 465 and SSL, which I’ve used when setting up mailboxes for the domain.
