Alot of people are talking about 2024 web design trends and Bento Boxes are leading the charge. I have a website refresh I just started working on so I thought I would play around with Flux again. It’s so much easier to create these designs when you have a better understanding of how CSS Grid works. When I first started using Flux I was clueless…lol. It’s nice to step out of the box and create something like this, it gets the creative juices flowing.

If I have a Flux item that is just showing an image but I want the image to have an overlay. Is creating another item positioned in the same location with the overlay the best approach?
Just a color overlay? If you’re using Foundry 3 just use a Background tool instead of an image. If not, yes, you can overlap Flux items. That is one of the benefits of CSS Grid.
