How can I change the colour of the nav items in Nav Bar Pro?

Im using Banner 1 and for the life of me cannot find where and how to change the colour of the nav items in the top zone 2 of the nav bar pro.
I can change the background, site title and toggle colours.
Does anyone know how to change nav item colours?
