I would like to resize the topper image in my blog. I have created a smaller image to see if that would work, but no that’s not the answer. I’m sure there is a setting I’m missing.

depending on the width you determined for your Blog Entries, you can make the topper the same size. I use 800 pixels width to be shown for my blog, so all of my topper images are exactly 800 pixels wide.
