M-dash in blockquote when reversed

@elixirgraphics This is not a big deal and mostly a personal preference, but I really think the m-dash should be before the author name when reversed.

The placement of the em dash is handled by Bootstrap itself. The em dash is inserted via the base Bootstrap CSS and isn’t a part of the HTML structure itself. It literally flips the placement of the em dash from ::before to ::after in the CSS when it changes sides. This isn’t something that will likely be changed at this point.
