Make Foundry Default Theme in RW Page Settings?

I know this may seem a really basic question, but I can’t figure it out.

How do I make Foundry the default theme - so when I add a new page in RW, it defaults to Foundry

Open the Theme window, select Foundry theme, right click, make default.
