Can I use text and image stacks (elements?) from Rapid Weaver in my Foundry pages?

Sure you can, I do it all the time 
But for text and images why not just use the Foundry ones?

Thanks! Funny thing…I kept search for “text” and Foundry’s “text” is named “paragraph,” right? Also, it was missing from my Foundry folder!
Folders are manually created by the user. Foundry has no control over what you put in a folder in the Stacks library. For thoroughness you may want to look at the Stacks main Library itself as that is where all active stacks are stored.
