Tried to put in a Paragraph stack with a little blurb but it’s not showing up after publishing.
Checked on browsers: DDGo, Firefox, Safari.
Cleared cache but not showing up.

Had a quick look. You have both an index.html and index.php file up there. It will pick up the index.html. I tried the index.php and the text does appear. Hope that helps. You will need to delete the index.html. I’m guessing you added a stack that required php which would have changed the file name automatically.
Rapidweaver does check for this but I have found it inconsistent.
