Question RE: video thumbnails

For some reason when I try to edit or replace thumbnails (poster images) on videos, they do not update. I have tried everything I can think of to get them to update, including:

  • clearing the poster image and resubmitting

  • removing the video, resubmitting adding a new poster image

  • Clearing the cache on my browser

  • Clearing the dynamic cache on SiteGround (my host company)

  • Republishing all files

I even tried to go into the file manager and remove the old image - except it appears Rapidweaver renames all the images so I can’t tell which image is which.

@DesignCreatrix When I click on your link that’s the video I see … put differently, everything seems to be working fine on my end.

Are you very sure you’ve cleared the cache on your browser? Different browsers have difference procedures for clearing … so it might be worth a second look.

It’s very odd if I open it on my partner’s computer it shows the wrong thumbnail too - a different one. Very odd.
