When using F3 Tabs Stack, is there a way to set which tab is open when the page is initally displayed?
No that is not an option.
Can I register a feature request for this. There is another Tabs stack where you can set the active tab but ideally I would like to keep it all within F3. 
The Bootstrap tabs don’t work that way, so it would take making a new tool, which would then not be using Bootstrap for that functionality. So it probably isn’t something I would add at this time.
