Is the Titanium Starter Kit project built exclusively with Foundry 3?
Yes. All of the Starter Kits are built using only Foundry 3 and its included tools.

@elixirgraphics i second these kits being extremely handy even if it’s just for inspiration and a starting ground for me developing another element! I’d happy keep purchasing these to have in the background!
